Gingerbread House 2009

This weekend we decided to do a Gingerbread House for our weekend project. Let me tell you...contructing a Gingerbread house is harder then it looks!!

I am working really hard to make sure this thing doesn't fall apart underneath me! I'm the mom...I gotta look like I know what I am doing!

All Wesley cares about is the CANDY!! Lawson just wanted to help...until she got sick and fell asleep on the couch and woke up with a 102 fever. She is fine now, less then 12hrs sickness.

The Finished Fitts Gingerbread House.
Lawson's Side...She settled with simplity...This where Santa's sleigh landed and you can see his trail in the snow.

This is Wesley's side. He was 1-1-2 for candy...
1 On the floor
1 On the roof
2 In his mouth!!!

Oh so sweet!!

Good job on the house! We have a "Gingerbread Train" to bring up week after next to go with the house.

Love, Pops

Gingerbread houses are hard to make! Yours looks great! I love how Wesley just wants to eat the candy... we are kin. I'm glad Lawson is feeling better.

Also, Wesley's hair is getting so long again! You are going to have to learn how to cut hair.

Yours looks awesome compared the Gingercrap House I did with Avery. I told her Mommy wasn't as talented as the people that decorated it on the box.
